The authoritative source for all patterns is at https://github.com/hyphenation/tex-hyphen :-) We have patterns for Irish (https://github.com/hyphenation/tex-hyphen/blob/master/hyph-utf8/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/tex/hyph-ga.tex), but not (Scottish) Gaelic.
