I could miss the point, but if the problem is in the map file
(original-youngryu-tx.map), we can contact its creator:

Or it is mkiv core files that need to be fixed?
And as a suggestion: it would be very handy to have a command like
\setupmathematics[lcroman=italic, ucroman=italic]
