I do not have any other ntopng instances running:
# ps auxf | grep ntop*
root 2636 0.0 0.0 9396 940 pts/0 S+ 09:16 0:00
\_ grep --color=auto ntop*
or any other process running on the same port
> - "netstat -na|grep 3000" # netstat -naptu | grep -e 3000
> There is no other service running on port 3000 udp or tcp.
