I don't think my last post was very clear.  What I meant to say was that
your job needs to open a command shell in order to run the batch file.  When
you run a batch file by double-clicking it, Windows will start cmd.exe first
and then run the batch.  Otherwise you have to manually start one.  When it
runs as a scheduled job cmd.exe is not automatically started.

try changing the job to this:

cmd /c "C:\Program Files\wirename.bat"

Remember, the batch file works fine as long as I am logged into the computer
at the workstation or remotely from Timbuktu... it just doesn't work in
Terminal services if a user is not logged in.
