You need to have the following prereq's:
Before you install the Resolve Names Utility,

ensure the computer meets the following system

requirements:



On your server:



* Microsoft Exchange Server v5.5 with

  Service Pack 3 or later

* McAfee GroupShield Exchange v4.5 Service

  Pack 1



On each Workstation where you plan to

install the Resolve Names Utility:



* Microsoft Windows NT v4.0 with

  Service Pack 5 or later

* Microsoft Exchange v5.5 Administrator

  with Service Pack 3 or later



Other requirements:



* Administrative rights to the local

  Microsoft Windows NT Server

* Service Account Rights for

  Microsoft Exchange

Strange though that sometimes the names are resolved, whereas others are
not???
