The latest engine is 4.1.40 which I think is required to detect some of the more recent viruses.  I'd upgrade it ASAP.

Groupshield 4.5 SP1 will allow you to block extensions as well as filenames. Are you using 4.5.1?

Anyone know how to block BOTH specific file extensions and file names in GroupShield?  Looks like it's an "either or" configuration so for example, I can't block all .vbs and wtc.exe without blocking all .exe files.
