We use Deltek Time & Expense for time collection - From a user's point
of view I'd recommend it, it seems very robust, but I don't run it so
YMMV.

I am doing some research to see which software / system I should setup
for our HR department. We have about 150 employees, and interest in
something with PTO tracking + employee self service so employee can
request time off, and get notify / approve automatically ... I'm looking
at OrangeHRM, but unfortunately, it doesn't support automatic accrue
PTO. 

Which software / system do your HR department use? and do you recommend
it?
