We just sourced all accounting and HR to www.netSuite.com <http://www.netsuite.com/> (SaaS) while the intial planning and implementation was a huge effort, it's nice not to have all that stuff internal anymore. We use Kronos here. I don't administer it so I do not know all the ins and outs. I do know it does track Vacation, sick, selfservice, etc.. Oh, yea it was pretty expensive. I am doing some research to see which software / system I should setup for our HR department. We have about 150 employees, and interest in something with PTO tracking + employee self service so employee can request time off, and get notify / approve automatically ... I'm looking at OrangeHRM, but unfortunately, it doesn't support automatic accrue PTO. Which software / system do your HR department use? and do you recommend it?
