I don't know if it's a question of age or if some older SEs just don't keep up with the changes. I've been in IT for almost 20 years (wow, that sounds like a long time) and the company I'm with is currently migrating to Exchange 2010, virtual machines, and upgrading our storage. I'm involved with all three projects. I don't have the latest certifications, but I attend training when available, read, and ask lots of questions!
