If you need to see the presenter as well, you should just go old school: Video
Camera.

We do this for an auditorium, and send a video feed over coax to a nearby gym
when we expect it to be over capacity. With a decent video camera, 2 VCRs as
converters, a long Coax run, and a projector/speaker setup in the gym, we have
an instant and cheap video expansion.

If all you're looking to do is the screen mirroring, software solutions (such
as join.me or vnc) might be all you need.

Subject: Conference room "overflow" solutions?
