If you need to see the presenter as well, you should just go old school: Video Camera.
We do this for an auditorium, and send a video feed over coax to a nearby gym when we expect it to be over capacity. With a decent video camera, 2 VCRs as converters, a long Coax run, and a projector/speaker setup in the gym, we have an instant and cheap video expansion.
