Does anyone know what would be blocked?  I'd rather not install it if there's a 
chance it's going to break website access.  Most of our work is through 
websites.

I installed it this morning, and I haven't been blocked, either.

Of course, that's no comfort to the folks who have to go unprotected against 
what this patch is supposed to protect them from, because the patch itself is 
broken .... (or not robust enough to deal with the problem, I suppose I should 
say).
