I agree with this but I too have to limit my scope to only a few machines (not Telecom servers) about 15 servers over maybe the last 8 years or so. Even this one does not seem to be a general thing and more towards HTTPS web servers that are not responding as expected. It will take a while for the full scope on this one to come out. I wonder where the common thread is that is causing only some of the HTTPS web servers to have issues and not all. Could it be that those servers have already been compromised or are they running a specific version of some software that is not playing well?
