We have a variety of MFCs. Toshiba, Lanier,Gestetner and Ricoh. The Toshibas are alway having issues. We had two e3510c's with constant issues. The vendor pulled both and had a factory tech rebuild them One came back and jammed after the first day. The other seems okay but it has a smaller load on it. We replaced that first e3510c with a Lanier 455c and it's been rock solid for months now.

Driver reliability and availability can be crucial. Particularly as any contract entered into now would be current when an organisation might be deploying Windows 8.
