Yep, I use that on my home systems.  Works fine, but I don't want to
have our users be responsible to generate their own backup files.  The
current system is solidly in place and actually works pretty well; we're
just trying to consolidate the mess in to a single location rather than
having PSTs splattered in several locations.

Perhaps having them back them up via the "Microsoft Personal Folder
Backup Tool"?

It's basically a plug-in for Outlook that will prompt the user to back
up their pst file when they close outlook.  Although, if you're
reimaging PCs on a regular basis, then that might not help much..
