I recently started using this at home and the one thing I would caution you
to look out for is that the default install settings allow communication
from anyone. I didn't think too much about that setting until I started
receiving dozens of solicitations from what I would call "900" numbers in
the real world. Adding them to my blocked list wasn't difficult, nor was
changing the setting to only allow communications from my contact list - but
it is something to keep in mind if you are thinking of rolling this out in a
business environment.

I'm running Beta IV for Windows and connecting to both windows and mac users
and have been quite pleased with it. For some reason though, video quality
degraded quite a bit between the older Beta build and the latest beta build.
