Is this for _ANY_ testing, or just for "production" machines (including workstations for admin/tech staff?)
Sounds stupid if the former. -sc From: Jon Harris [mailto:jk.har...@gmail.com] Sent: Friday, August 07, 2009 8:07 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Re: Win 7 issue Maybe for you but I have higher authorities to respond to that did not want me on a Beta or RC. They have given me the go ahead for the RTM which is very unnatural for them. They usually make me wait until it hit the stores before I can begin Production level testing. I liked the RC in a VM but did not trust it enough to replace my work machine with it. I will be rebuilding my work machine this weekend after a full backup. Then I have several others that have asked to try 7 when I was ready to do live testing. I only have one that uses more than one language on his. I am hoping the second machine I do will allow me to only use the x64 so I can begin the process of dumping x32 from the office environment. And cracks soon after. Or so it's always reported in the tech blogs. Put the torrent tracker files behind logins if you want. -- Ben ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
