FWIW: It seems the world is moving towards the 16:9 aspect ratio
("wide") and away from 4:3 (traditional TV/computer). It might be a
good idea to go 16:9 just because people will start assuming it.

One thing that hasn't been clearly stated so far: A wide 19" 16:9
display will be shorter than a 19" 4:3 display. They have roughly the
same screen surface area; what you gain in width you loose in height.
So the 16:9 for the same price as the 4:3 is not something for
nothing; it's just rearranging what you get.

One thing I've found is that most users appreciate adjustable
height/tilt more than they care about aspect ratio. Also, a digital
signal (DVI/DisplayPort) will typically yield better picture quality
than analog (15-pin VGA). So size isn't the only consideration.
