Advertising Agency, I can't begin to describe it. You had a problem with YouTube, they didn't care if the staff used YouPorn. I got yelled at for deleting 10 gigs of pirated music off a server......

My previous gig we only had one T1 for that many and until the users started pulling UTube during the day it was more than enough. After that the pipe was full and everyone complained. Try going to somewhere like speedtest.net<http://speedtest.net/> and run an internet speed test. Finally call your internet provider and see if there are any errors or alarms on your line. Also, you might want to make sure someone hasn't plugged in a switch to itself or into two different network jacks. We had a situation like that a couple times earlier this year and it brought our network to a crawl. I'm trying to determine the cause of internet access slowness here. We are a small organization of fewer than 40 employees, and use a bonded T1 line (3.0) for internet access. Our staff has complained about internet access slowness to me and I've suggested tha the problem is with the Internet, not our access. We are not budgeted to increase our access, and I'm not sure that that is the answer. Using Internet Explorer 8, I can see by the status bar at the bottom the message "waiting" and the url involved. Am I missing something here? Are there some things I can do to speed up internet access, or is the Internet just too clogged with activity? Murray No virus found in this incoming message.
