There is only 1 phone number or contact name in the signature? I find that very strange. For example I've got a case open right now, and it has 4 names with full contact information for each (main contact, backup contact, technical lead, manager). And this has been my experience for years with MS.

The number I have is apparently a direct line to this tech's support area.
