Thanks! <rant>It may not do me much good, though. I just posted a long and detailed rant to the forum giving reasons why I don't believe my current install will even detect, block, and remove malware. There is an unbelievably long list of screwy things I'm seeing. It no longer runs scheduled scans, only 5/155 agents have had their definitions updated since yesterday, the two machines on which I finally got the new agent installed (way more difficult than it has any business being, even manually!) show last scan as "1/1/1900 12:00:00 AM", etc.
I'm asking if I can somehow roll back to 3.1 without losing my policy settings or agents (except the two I updated). Ya' know, the upgrade process went smoothly and with no apparent errors. It accepted my license key. It imported all my agents and policies. Then this morning (about 40 hours post-upgrade), I am greeted with nasty surprise after nasty surprise. It just does not work!</rant> [Takes a deep breath...] Thanks again... -- Richard D. McClary Systems Administrator, Information Technology Group ASPCA® 1717 S.
