+1 - I'm looking for this kind of information as well. We're looking to leverage the fax server built into our Electronic Medical Record system to handle administrative/non-clinical information in order to minimize the receipt of paper faxing altogether, if possible. This would require a third party application to grab the documents from the fax server. Taking it a step further, I could see the possible assigning of fax numbers to individuals, but we've got to have a workable solution in place first. I'm sure whatever we decide on would be able to do much more than that, but that would be our entry point.
