That's a misunderstanding between the interaction with the toolset. WDS can basically execute a `diskpart clean` and then carve up the disc however you need. Imagex in itself only images the partition, and setup manages creating the bootldr etc... Its likely irrelevant, one just needs to adapt the approach and let the toolset work.
