Just having  BT hardware enabled seems to bring on the problem. Turn
it off, and things get better.

As far as we can tell, the files are not being transferred via BT.

The issue seems mostly to revolve around printing - if you open a
document and try to print it, it says you have no printers installed,
among other oddities.
