Hello Tobias and all:

found a great deal on a teac rw w28e pulled from a
fujitsu laptop. Well, sorry to say once I installed
it, I again got the tel-tale chimes and the black
screen of death. I think it's date was either a 2000
or a 2001.

Anyway, the Mac drive that came with it reads teac cd
211E-000-U, s/n 2309187, 19770200-08, barcode
QT7324CKABT, Mac 12x cd-rom, model # M3628 - 5V.

I am not sure why the IBM and now the fujitsu versions
of this supposedly compatable teac rw cdrom won't
work.

Anyway, I'll add them to my caudry of stuff to get rid
of on ebay. Would you happen to have a copy of
strydent's Powerprint, they no longer sell the item
and I have been trying to get a copy on ebay.

One of the things I would like to do is hook up an HP
4l laserjet to my pb1400 for direct printing.

Cheers,
Vito
