You can use HueCorrect for that.
You can also use a HueKeyer with a HueShift node to key the desired range,
then shift the hue.
See these:
set cut_paste_input [stack 0]
version 6.3 v8
ColorWheel {
inputs 0
gamma 0.45
name ColorWheel1
selected true
xpos 68
ypos -204
}
set N10ee0540 [stack 0]
HueCorrect {
hue {sat {curve 1 s0 1.361194015 1 1 1 1 1}
lum {curve 1 s0 0.3049752712 1 1 1 1 1}
red {curve 1 s0 0.3542289734 1 1 1 1 1}
green {curve 1 s0 1.454228878 1 1 1 1 1}
blue {curve 1 s0 1.48159194 1 1 1 1 1}
r_sup {}
g_sup {}
b_sup {curve 1 s0 1 1 1 1 1 1}
sat_thrsh {}}
name HueCorrect1
selected true
xpos -61
ypos -59
}
push $N10ee0540
HueKeyer {
lut {amount {curve 0 s0 1 0 0 0 0 0}
