Check your camera settings. If the gate size isn't the correct aspect ratio, it 
can throw things off. That's my first thought. I think you want to keep the 
width the same, but change the height to be the right aspect (obviously if that 
doesn't work, try the other way, keeping height but changing width)

Can't think of anything else at the moment without looking at the comp myself.
