What happens if you grab the generated Nuke script and just render that manually? Sometimes I at least get a more usable error that way. Also, are you rendering to the network? I've had nothing but trouble rendering movs to the server, so I always render it locally now.

Sorry, stabbing in the dark here a little but maybe it helps.

Hi ,

I'm trying to export a sequence with audio as a .mov

I have done this routinely but today it's failing with an error about

"Nuke process closed unexpectedly, exit code: 1"

see attached screen grab.

It was failing as soon as it started , but then I cleaned up the timeline, deleted tracks, consolidated effects etc .

The files on the timeline are 10bit DPX

I'ts now getting part way through and then failing leaving a watchable but incomplete .mov file.

I'm trying to render to prores 422 HQ.

I have created a fresh export preset

I have cleared tags from the sequence.

I have restarted and rebooted.

I am very frustrated.

All help and insights greatly appreciated.
