+1 to splitting the list. +1 to using nupic-dev. (or hackers if you dare!)
However I wonder about just using nupic or nupic-users. I don't like just nupic because it gives you no context. Also I don't like nupic-users either because it doesn't describe its intended use. My suggesting is nupic-gen with the aim to split it as necessary (nupic-install, nupic-primer, nupic-theory, etc). If there were enough splits then nupic-gen could be made readonly and kept for reference. If you continue to grow it would be great to go to a web based list to allow other features like: - a voting system so with busy threads you could go direct to the good posts instead of having to wade through the chit-chat or worse, incorrect information. - "sticky" posts in each area such as FAQ's, etc. - Each posters experience level. - In the case of retiring a thread (like my suggestion of nupic-gen above) the relevant posts could be linked to the new area(s).
