Hi Giuseppe, I am in no way a Python/C++ NuPIC installation guru - but I would first recommend making sure you have both Xcode installed then make sure you install the "command line tools" --> http://osxdaily.com/2014/02/12/install-command-line-tools-mac-os-x/
