RED-BREASTED MERGANSER: Basic Creek Reservoir 12/2.
NORTHERN GOSHAWK: Thacher Park 12/5.
MERLIN: Vischer Ferry 12/3.
NORTHERN SHRIKE: Fort Edward 12/2; Charlton 12/4; Rensselaerville 12/4.
OVENBIRD: Niskayuna 12/3.
EVENING GROSBEAK: Rensselaerville 12/4 (2).

Other notable sightings:
Snow Goose: Thacher Park 12/5 (~500); New Baltimore 12/7 (large flight); Delmar 12/7 (~250); Waterford 12/7 (1000+).
Gadwall: Vischer Ferry 12/3.
American Wigeon: Vischer Ferry 12/3 (2), 12/4 (6).
Northern Pintail: Vischer Ferry 12/3, 12/4.
Lesser Scaup: Vischer Ferry 12/3; Saratoga Lake 12/4.
Common Loon: Saratoga Lake 12/4; Tomhannock 12/4 (6).
Bald Eagle: New Baltimore 12/2 (2); Rexford 12/4 (3); Tomhannock 12/4.
Northern Harrier: Fort Edward 12/3 (4).
Sharp-shinned Hawk: Fort Edward 12/3.
Cooper's Hawk: Coxsackie 12/7.
Peregrine Falcon: Vischer Ferry 12/4.
Eastern Screech-Owl: New Baltimore 12/2.
Northern Mockingbird: Fort Edward 12/3.
Snow Bunting: Fort Edward 12/3 (3).
Purple Finch: Austerlitz 12/5 (2).
