Despite the  windy and cold weather birders ventured out on the Saturday 
morning bird walk to discover the flock of White winged Crossbills we saw last 
week- were still in the Garden-  but now  they were joined by Common Redpolls! 
Despite the cloudy skies we were able to make out at least 2 Red Crossbills as 
well.
