I agree with Peter Post's comments. In fact, this bird looks like the * Kumlien's* I reported from Jones Beach West End II on January 1st?? Although...the legs of the bird in your photos seems a bit more saturated and the head on your bird in some of your photos does not give that "gentle" expression that I remember from the Jan 1st bird.
