Overall pretty good for both shared and dedicated servers. I host a lot of small sites there and I used to have a dedicated server there. The one major annoyance I've had with them is with their dedicated server support - they don't have any support staff specifically looking after dedicated server clients. You just get thrown into the standard support queue with the thousands of other website owners paying US$5/month. Right now I have a dedicated server at LiquidWeb.com. It's more expensive but the support is absolutely outstanding and they have a 60 minute hardware failure replacement guarantee.
