There's one extremely annoying thing I dislike about hostgator reseller accounts. For normal shared hostgator accounts you can request SSH access and it's enabled for free. For reseller accounts every cpanel account you install on the reseller account you have to pay US$10 for ssh to be enabled. If you have 20 sites on the reseller account it adds up fast. That's the only reason I don't like using hostgator Reseller accounts. If you don't use SSH then it's a non-issue.
