In this case it describes the felons perfectly they are normally white kids who come from affluent homes but want to look like the black American gangsters they see on TV because they think its cool They try to talk with either a American ascent using American slang or like the local coloured gangsters found here in CT. So now I've used white, black and coloured to describe a particular race. Johnny my apologies if I offended you or anyone else but wannabee gangster white boys is also the slang term used by my white, black, coloured, pink, yellow...ect clientele of mine. I’m inquisitive Jonny are you a visitor to SA because "boy" was never really a term used for whites in the past it was mainly a term used in reference to blacks or ok previously disadvantaged in SA, I would like to add us coloureds and Indians like my manager but we still disadvantaged ok maybe that’s not funny but I hope you get that I do not mean to offend anybody.
