I don't know what is so hard to understand about mine: please make useful
suggestions as to how the problem of how people who 'do not have the
inclination to join' or who do not have regular internet access can receive
the information they require.

These problems can only be sorted out with generous participation of all
Observatory residents who do feel inclined to gripe on the forum even if
they do not feel inclined to join the forum or make useful contributions or
suggestions.

Why should those of us who are satisfied with the current communications
make ALL the effort for those who are not? (In fact, why should we feel
inclined to?) I am not a member of the CID committee so I would like all of
those reading this to understand that these comments are strictly my own and
not those of the group.

Please make suggestions about alternatives so that those of us who are so
inclined can debate them and perhaps implement them.
