Just to let you know that there was an attempted armed robbery yesterday afternoon Tuesday 31 March 2014, at about 12,40pm in Norfolk Road. A lady from No:17 was attacked by an African man whilst getting out of her car in the parking bay in front of her apartment. She defended herself and screamed for help which frightened her assailant who ran down Norfolk, turned into Clifton Terrace where a waiting car(looked like a red Toyota Corolla) was waiting for him. When I came out of my house, I saw the man turning into Clifton Terrace and when he saw me he raised his right hand and what sounded like a shot went off, I did not see a gun in his hand, but definitely heard what sounded like a gunshot, The Police were called and took a statement from me.
