This was posted to me:

On Sunday morning, 2 Dutch girls had drawn money at the ATM outside Spar in
Station Rd. A very well dressed African man (looked like a foreigner) was
behind them. He then frantically told them to put their card in again,
because of ----- (long story, couldn't hear properly). He had a wad of cash
in his hand, was speaking to them urgently and was VERY convincing! They
were starting to hesitate, were confused, wondering. Fortunately I saw what
was happening, intercepted and told them "No, this is a scam". They then
walked away and the man disappeared. I told the Spar manager to come out
and send security, he said he would.

The young foreigners are very susceptible to this sort of thing, please be
vigilant and warn them if you see this.
