This is very scary. Something needs to be done about the security etc guys' attitude. They should be fired!

He had just been held up at gunpoint as 3 men robbed him of all his cash and some cigarettes. I only had my radio with me but Ops Control Room is not answering. I eventually called them from another phone, they did respond and when they got there, I asked them to call SAPS. There is good footage in the shop, obviously the robbers didn't notice that. As soon as they left two security personnel from the OBSID van entered the shop. The shop owner told them what happened and they left seemingly disinterested. They didn't make any attempt to follow in the direction of the robbers, just drove straight off. They should also be identifiable on the footage. Metro Police arrived just before SAPS so I handed over to them and left the scene with the security guy from the horsebox who had just gone down to change his battery. Just before that, at the entrance of Hawkes and Findlay I witnessed a drug deal. And then another is a space of a minute. I told the Securitas man to watch was going on.
