In a country where unemployment seems to be such an enormous problem, if ineffectual/poor-performing security guards are not doing an adequate job, what is to prevent them from being replaced by eager, well-trained security professionals? Are the wages very low? Are there no incentives to encourage reliable performance? There must be some unemployed people who want a steady job they can take pride in.
