Here is the reply sent by them: Dear Mr Bronkhorst Sir , I wish to inform you that the Public Transport Unit attended to your complaint on 24 August 2015. The unit issued 48 fines whilst deployed to Wesley , Scott and Arnold Street. Sir on 25th August 2015 the unit again to deployed to the same location and issued another 62 fines for offences committed by errand taxi drivers. The complaint was attended to both for the morning and afternoon peak. We will continue to do ad hoc inspections at these locations sir.
