Hi Hannes, This will likely be an ongoing issue until people get the message that it will not be tolerated. That goes for taxi drivers and residents.
Thanks again for following this up with the Traffic Department on behalf of all of us. This is another area where I believe it would be useful to have some Peace Officers within our community that have the power to enforce bylaws such as these. We are working on this from our side and we will hopefully have some good news to report soon.
