<y pet hate from recent Delphi versions:
Make Debug|....|Evaluate something quick and easy to do, not
three menus down! Invariably, the tooltip evaluation is no good
because "with" is not interpreted. Therefore I have to evaluate.
Utter pain to get there...
Better yet (as-well-as, not instead-of), make tooltip evaluation
handle "with" contexts <g>.
