IIRC Stephen Barker is one of the admins for subscription to these lists. He may be able to help...
Dunno why Borland don't just improve the site a bit, and at least put some admin contact info up. Maybe Richard Vowles at Borland can help, although he seems to spend more time on the .NET lists these days... ;-)
