Yeah, but that won't help Peter if he's got a wrong address registered.
I had the same problem a couple of months ago when our IT guys changed our email addresses slightly, and I couldn't unsubscribe because the list server refused to recognise the new email address I was posted from. This meant that I got two copies of each message, since our IT guys had helpfully left our old addresses as an aliases.
