I had
that problem on a machine i was testing the other week. Basically it was falling
over when doing the deep scan of the registry. I just selected custom mode and
told it to do everything except that. I ran another program to check the
registry and it said there were problems but that you had to register (pay) to
get the full version so I could not test the theory completely.
nb the
problem occurred with both ad-aware 6.0 and ad-aware
personal.
