1/ If you want a low stress life do the "timeline to implement thing..
2/ You don't mind the stress and like the rewards go for a bonus/holiday
3/ If they don't work then kindly point out that workplace induced stress in an OSH/Employment issue

Scenario:
* You are a sole developer working your arse off to get your program finished and “unexpected feature”-less by D-day. * It’s the day before your software goes live. * Your boss comes and tells you about “changes to requirements” which means quite a few changes to your database structure and software code. * It’s still the day before your software goes live. * There is still only one of you.
