No I don't, and as per my previous email I don't have one now and get by
fine. I was told that it was a feature that Paradise were going to offer
and since it costs me $10 or $20mnth more than Xtra, I thought I should
try to get one.

I mean if yu are using xtra, as much as I don't want to join them, it
bets paying $10-20 mnth for nothing to Paradise!

Do you really need a static IP? Can you use a service like dns2go so 
that you have a static domain name that configures automatically?
