I agree. I don't think we need the Consolidation label as long as
projects can be nested. The term consolidation has always confused
non-Sun people and long term the OpenSolaris software development
process may not be organized as consolidations anyway.

That said (if the Consolidation label is used). The Testing
Community should be translated into a Consolidation and not
a SIG since one of it's main purposes is to manage a large
set of OpenSolaris test code. In addition, the Test Development
Project needs to continue to be a project not a SIG.

BTW. Why is ARC Special and not a SIG? And why can't the OGB
be a SIG? It seems like they are both very SIG like. What's
the difference between Special and the Special Interest Group
labels?
