I don't accept that things are going to fall apart unless we have a multi-level hierarchy. We don't currently have a functioning hierarchy - the 'sponsors' relationship between CG and Projects is a weak association at best, especially in the light of some projects having multiple 'sponsors'. Does that mean the community is already dead? I haven't noticed Projects or CGs clamouring to be restructured into a hierarchical tree, so I'm struggling to understand where the imperative for that form of restructuring is coming from. -- Alan Burlison --
